The original Cunningham Carriage Factory on Litchfield St. in Rochester, NY will be transformed into a 4-story residential building. Selective demolition on the existing 73,000SF building will take place in preparation for the project. Christa is eager to transform the historical factory into a new functional and much needed space.

The final building will consist of 65 units for low income and mental health residents. The building will include a new stairway into the entry plaza, new entry doors and windows and a new ADA accessible ramp. All existing windows will also be replaced with new insulated windows. A decorative perforated aluminum wall will adorn the outside of the building.

Christa Construction will perform as At-Risk Construction Managers and will be responsible for the coordination of the building design, permitting, pre-construction budgeting, construction, and commissioning.
