Greenport Gardens Apartments

Greenport Gardens is a planned residential complex, new construction, two-story building. Of the 66 units, 28 are set aside for people with mental health issues and 38 are open to the general public who meet the income requirements. The project has 24-hour staff for tenants as well as security cameras.  Christa Construction, LLC acted as General Contractor on the Project.  CSD Housing LLC is co-developer.

Demolition of existing building and new construction of a 50-unit, four-story apartment building on Syracuse's North Side for low-income families and people with mental health disorders.

Rochester View Apartments consists of 61 handicap accessible and adaptable apartments for the deaf and hard of hearing. The main lobby, located in the center of the building, is constructed out of structural steel.  The building has many different elevations that provide a unique curb appeal. The project features state-of-the-art communication equipment and high-contrast visual design.

Demolition of existing building and new construction of a 4 story building, to include 4 – Luxury one bedroom apartments, 8 - Luxury two bedroom apartments, 8,500 sq. ft. of office space and covered parking below. 

A new 49,200 SF, 2 story wood framed, 48-unit workforce housing apartment community in Canandaigua, New York.  The complex features one and two bedroom apartments for income-eligible tenants, including onsite supported housing case management.

This facility is 100% smoke free, with laundry facilities, community room and outdoor courtyard recreation area for residents.

 
DePaul Carriage Factory Apartments

The over 100-year-old Cunningham Carriage Factory has been transformed into a mixed-use campus with 71 loft apartments. The original 73,000 sq. ft. building was renovated to provide safe, affordable housing with modern amenities while maintaining the original characteristics of the building. The building features studio, one- and two-bedroom loft apartments for income-eligible tenants. 

Upper Falls Square

A new three-story, 52,500 square foot building that will feature 51 new studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments for income-eligible tenants. The building is set to be turned over in September 2017. 

Construction of 78 total two-story wood framed cottages and town-homes which include 687 beds, fitness center, clubhouse, pool pavilion and maintenance barn on 26 acres of a 55 acre parcel. The total project is approximately 300,000 square feet. 

 
The Sagamore Mixed Use Condominiums

The Sagamore project consisted of construction of a 7-story framed commercial mixed use building in a "zero clearance," 1/3 acre lot in downtown Rochester. Floors 3-7 contain 23 high end condominiums, floor 2 contains class "A" office space and the ground floor retail.
