Kendal at Ithaca, Phase I & II
Phase I of this project was budgeted at $30 million and consisted of a 210-unit, 110-acre life care community that included 165 residential cottages, community center, healthcare center and an apartment center. The community center houses lounges, formal and informal dining areas, banking, gift shop, auditorium, library and a beauty/barber shop. There is also dedicated space for workshops, arts and crafts rooms, exercise areas and various other recreational activities.
Phase II of this project was a $4 million, 18,000 SF addition to the Casadila House and included 24 assisted living units.
