Greenport Gardens Apartments

A 4-story, 50-unit apartment building on Syracuse's North Side for low-income families and people with mental health disorders. The new building will have arch-shaped architectural features to mimic the arched doorways of the largest of the three buildings that were demolished to make way for the new construction.

Greenport Gardens is a planned residential complex, new construction, two-story building. Of the 66 units, 28 are set aside for people with mental health issues and 38 are open to the general public who meet the income requirements. The project has 24-hour staff for tenants as well as security cameras.  Christa Construction, LLC acted as General Contractor on the Project.  CSD Housing LLC is co-developer.

 
Lattimore/Nazareth Addition at Bill Gray's Regional Iceplex

A multi-year expansion project to the Bill Gray's Regional Iceplex at Monroe Community College. The 3,000 square-foot expansion features a new Lattimore Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation location and a state of the art Fitness Center.

Construction of a new 50 unit, 2 story framed building, will include 50 single bedroom units. Work for this project began in September 2017.

Phase II of this housing project includes construction of two 48-unit buildings on 9.6 Acres of land in Webster, NY.  Each building will be a 2-story wood framed building with an elevator and common areas. This project is currently in the Pre-Construction phase. 

New construction of six individual 2-story wood framed buildings. Each building will consist of 10 units. There will be five Type B buildings, for residential only, and one Type A building with common areas and an elevator.

75 residents will receive services under a Supported-Single Room Occupancy program (SP-SRO). 

Three phase project consisting of upgrades to Van Ingen court building, renovation of vacant library to create new Town Boardroom, and major renovations to the Town Hall and police headquarters.

A new construction of a 72,000 square foot Department of Public Works Garage located off East Ridge Road on a 10.9-acre parcel of land. The Garage will be twice as large as the previous structure.  

The project site is located on a previously vacant Eastman Business Park lot. Eastman Reserve is being developed to include one- two- and three bedroom multi-family units. The project is slated to commence Spring 2018.
